2. HOEGAARDEN (DRAUGHT)
This beer, otherwise known as “The World’s Leading White Beer” traces its origins back to Belgium in the early 1400’s. The brewing process used today is based on the recipe created by Monks back in 1445.
Naturally cloudy in appearance, this is the original Belgian top-fermented “witbier” spiced with coriander and real Curacao orange peel. It has a heady, spicy nose with a soft and delightful sour/sweet taste
White beers are referred to as “session” beers because the light, refreshing taste is ideal for enjoying with friends. It is served in its trademark hexagonal glass that maintains a cool, beer-friendly temperature.
This beer pairs well with lighter tasting foods, seafood and spicy entrées.

Stella Artois is a pale golden lager that is refreshing and highly drinkable. A characteristic Stella Artois, it combines a fruit flavour with a hoppy note, as well as a moderate bitterness that finishes nicely.

This beer was first introduced into select US markets in 1965 and then expanded nationally by 1975. It has been a “Gold Medal” winner for the American Tasting Institute for: Best Full Calorie German Lager.
It pairs well with European-style food or full-bodied foods.
2 interesting facts: In the movie “Forrest Gump”, Forrest was actually running across the country to get a St. Pauli Girl beer.
For over 25 years, St Pauli Girl Beer has chosen a model to represent this Beer Brand nationally and appear on the popular St. Pauli Girl Poster. People from all over the world can order the pin-up posters from the official website.
